Melt the chocolate and pour it into a paper bag. Cut off a small corner and draw decorations on the baking paper. For example, a Christmas tree, stars, a lattice, etc. Let it harden in the freezer. Meanwhile, whip the cream, fold in the vanilla sugar and cream cheese. Add sugar if desired. Thaw the raspberries slightly, setting aside a handful for decoration. Puree the rest, add the juice of half a lemon, and sweeten to taste with agave syrup or similar. Now crush the cookies and layer them in dessert glasses, alternating with the cream and fruit. Finish with a dollop of cream and decorate with raspberries and the chocolate ornaments.
