Cranberry noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 rolls, 2-day-old
  • 750 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g cranberries
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the rolls into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and milk. Briefly soak the rolls in half of the egg wash, then place them close together in a greased baking dish. Distribute the cranberries between the slices. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Pour the remaining egg wash over the dish, top with butter flakes, and bake for another 20 minutes.
