Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas, fully ripe
- 400 g flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- nutmeg
- Water, warm
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Banana fritters
Peel the banana and mash the flesh with a fork. Add the flour and slowly stir in enough warm water to form a smooth, but not too thin, batter. Season with the brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and a little nutmeg. Grease a nonstick frying pan with a little oil and cook the not-too-thick cakes one at a time over medium heat, for about 2 minutes on each side.
