Wild garlic cheese soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 tbsp wild garlic, pureed
  • 1,500 ml broth
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Add the broth and let it simmer for a bit. Add the cream cheese to the broth so it melts nicely. Purée the wild garlic leaves with a little water in a blender and then add 12 tablespoons of it to the soup. Let everything simmer for a bit longer. Then the soup is ready. To garnish, simply chop a few wild garlic leaves and sprinkle them over the soup.
