Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 200 g wheat flour
- 1 large egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the butter in a bowl with a knife. Pour the crème fraîche over it and continue cutting. Mix in the flour with a knife. Knead everything together again with your hands. Roll out the dough, cut out cookies, and coat them first in egg whites, then in sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. The cookies will puff up beautifully and resemble puff pastry. I use a pig-shaped cookie cutter. After baking, they all have big bellies.
