Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 400 g zucchini
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp spice mix (soup seasoning), dried
- 1 slice(s) salami or raw ham, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and wash the zucchini. Dice both and place them in a pot. Add enough water to cover. Add salt, soup seasoning, and diced salami or ham. Cook for about 45 minutes, then puree and serve immediately.
