Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (soup seasoning), dried
  • 1 slice(s) salami or raw ham, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and wash the zucchini. Dice both and place them in a pot. Add enough water to cover. Add salt, soup seasoning, and diced salami or ham. Cook for about 45 minutes, then puree and serve immediately.
