- 200 g chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 200 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 20 g butter for the mold
- 2 tbsp flour for the mold

Super juicy and almost melts inside!!
I always make the chocolate cake using a silicone mold, but metal ones work too. The baking pan should be 20 cm in diameter. First, coat the pan with 20 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour. Then melt 200 g of butter with the chocolate in a double boiler or simply in the microwave. Gradually add the eggs to the chocolate mixture and mix. Then stir in 1-2 tablespoons of flour and the icing sugar. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 25 minutes. Watch the clock closely, or the cake will be too dry! Do the skewer test – if it’s too runny in the middle, you can bake it a little longer, but not too much, or the cake will be dry.
