Ginger – Parsley – Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the parsley, ginger, and a little olive oil with a hand blender. Add butter, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste to the puree and blend on high for 5 minutes. Serve while still cold.
