Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 eggs, hard boiled
- 200 g butter, soft
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 cucumber(s) (pickle)
- salt and pepper
- possibly chives
- curry
- Cayenne pepper

Beat the egg yolks with butter until smooth. Finely dice the egg whites and vegetables and stir into the egg yolk mixture. Season generously with spices. If desired, you can also sprinkle chives on top.
