Spinach, banana, and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g spinach
  • 100 g kiwi(s)
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 200 g buttermilk
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup
  • possibly salt
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sort, wash, and blanch the spinach. Peel and roughly chop the kiwi. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the spinach, kiwi, banana, and buttermilk. Season to taste and serve in glasses.
