Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g rapeseed oil
- 50 g spirit vinegar
- 50 g soy sauce
- 50 g honey
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 300 g vegetable juice
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp spice mix for kofte
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly on high for one minute. Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate. This yields approximately 1000 ml of dressing. It will keep for about 3-4 days. We mainly use it for pasta or rice salads.
