Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, cold
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 2 tbsp, heaped fried onions
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Perfect for any party

Dice lean bacon and fry in oil until crispy, then let cool. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic. Pulse the mixture with the fried onions in a food processor. Scrape the mixture onto the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Cut cold butter (freeze for 30 minutes) into cubes and add to the mixture in the food processor. Beat the mixture until creamy. Pour into two glasses, for example, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Perfect with baguette and grilled steaks.
