Tuna spread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 gherkins
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s), boiled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 5 small rolls (baguette rolls)
  • some cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, bake the baguette rolls according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the gherkins, onions, and egg. Place the ingredients in a bowl and add the tuna. Season to taste with mayonnaise, pepper, and salt. You can also add a little more pickle juice if desired (but don’t make it too runny, or it will run off the rolls). Cut the rolls in half and spoon the spread on top. Serve immediately.
