Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 320 g dark chocolate coating, melted
- 200 g cocoa
- 400 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil, stir in the cocoa powder until dissolved. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the melted chocolate coating. Once the mixture has cooled, the sauce is ready.
