Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ carrot(s)
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • ½ tsp linseed oil
  • Agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Lamb’s lettuce, banana, carrot, ginger, lemon and orange juice

Place the lamb’s lettuce, linseed oil, orange juice, and lemon juice in a blender and roughly chop. Finely chop the ginger, banana, and carrot and add to the blender. Blend everything well until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten with agave syrup, if desired.
