Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g oil (sunflower oil)
  • n. B. water
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • small bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the sunflower seeds in a tall mug. Add the oil and just enough water to cover the seeds. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chives, to the mug. You can also finely grind the sunflower seeds beforehand. Blend everything with a hand blender until it forms a firm, spreadable mixture. Add more oil and water if necessary. Season to taste! After blending, stir in the finely chopped chives and refrigerate. We empty the jar within a few days. Some people even thought it was real liverwurst. Serve as a mini appetizer in small bowls with dark bread.
