Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g tofu
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Herbs (parsley, chives, dill, rosemary, etc.)
- 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sambal oelek

Chop the tofu into small pieces and puree in a blender. Peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely. Wash, remove the stems, and chop the herbs (optional). Mix the oil and soy sauce with the sambal oelek, add the onions, garlic, herbs, and tofu, and mix well. Season to taste, and you’re done! Keeps well refrigerated in a jar for up to 5 days.
