Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 pear(s), ripe,
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 persimmon(s), as desired

Instructions

Delicious smoothie with banana, pear, orange

Cut the bananas and pears into pieces and place them in a blender or a bowl for blending. Squeeze the oranges and add the resulting juice. If you like, add a persimmon, but keep in mind that it can be a bit hard and some pieces may remain. Blend or blend the fruit until very smooth. If desired, add a splash of milk or a cup of natural yogurt if you prefer a creamier smoothie. This delicious smoothie will give you a new energy boost on cold winter days and is also a great way to use up very ripe fruit.
