- 2 bananas, ripe
- 2 pear(s), ripe,
- 2 oranges
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 persimmon(s), as desired

Delicious smoothie with banana, pear, orange
Cut the bananas and pears into pieces and place them in a blender or a bowl for blending. Squeeze the oranges and add the resulting juice. If you like, add a persimmon, but keep in mind that it can be a bit hard and some pieces may remain. Blend or blend the fruit until very smooth. If desired, add a splash of milk or a cup of natural yogurt if you prefer a creamier smoothie.
