Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 ml buttermilk
- some butter
- n. B. Desiccated coconut

simple, quick and super delicious!!!
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, and buttermilk and mix until smooth. Carefully pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C for 20 minutes. Melt a little butter, pour it over the still-hot cake, and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Return the cake to the still-warm, but turned-off, oven for another five minutes. Then remove and let cool.
