Zucchini – Tomato – Pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, peeled (canned or fresh)
  • 700 g zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 2 tbsp broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Spice(s), as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Add the tomatoes and zucchini to the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes with the lid closed. Cook the rice separately, but do not mix. Then cook the minced meat in the vegetables (about 15-20 minutes) and season. Serve in two pots. Done. Cooking times can be reduced if desired. Everyone likes things differently.
