Quick white cabbage pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seeds
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the white cabbage into small strips (about 2 x 4 cm) and fry them vigorously in a pan with a little fat; it’s okay if they brown a little. In another pan, fry the minced meat with a little fat until it’s quite crumbly. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds (I omit the caraway seeds). Then add the cabbage to the minced meat, stir well, and transfer it to a large bowl for serving. Serve with baguette or potato wedges with sour cream dip.
