  • 250 g quark
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (creamed horseradish), mild
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with potato pancakes

Mix the quark with sour cream and creamed horseradish. Cut the salmon into strips. Fold in the chopped garlic and finely chopped spring onions. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Delicious with potato pancakes and boiled potatoes.
