Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • some salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the smoked salmon and mix with the sour cream. Finely chop the dill and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. If you like it a little spicier, add chili. This salmon cream tastes especially delicious on fresh, warm baguette.
