Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 4 eggs, including the yolk
- 2 cups milk
- 400 g flour
- Salt
- nutmeg
- 100 g cheese (grated Gouda)
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 500 g zucchini, coarsely grated
- Crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the ingredients into a batter and fry them in a nonstick pan until they form small cakes. For the dip, season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper and serve. One of my kids’ favorites—even with the vegetables!
