Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 250 g feta cheese
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp chives, dried
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp savory
- ¼ tsp lemongrass
- ¼ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp dill
- ¼ tsp basil

as a dip or spread
Wash, deseed, and chop the bell peppers. Cut the feta into small pieces. Place the cream cheese, bell peppers, and feta in a tall bowl. Press in the garlic clove and blend. Add the herbs and spices and stir in. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip with grilled food or potato wedges. Eat as a spread on bread.
