Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated, some zest or flavoring
  • 200 g sugar
  • 300 g nuts, ground
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp jam, e.g. currant or raspberry
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very juicy

Combine all ingredients except the jam in a food processor and make a batter. Take 4 tablespoons of the batter and fill it into a piping bag. Pour the remaining batter into a greased pan. Spread the jam over the (unbaked!) batter and pipe a lattice pattern onto the cake using the piping bag. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes and let cool.
