Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 225 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- ½ tsp clove(s), ground
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- ½ tsp all-spice
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 300 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
- 4 tsp, crushed baking powder (approx. 12 g)
- 100 g chocolate, grated
- possibly milk if needed
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Fold in the grated chocolate at the end. The batter should be fairly firm, but add a little milk if necessary if it becomes too stiff. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm round cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C – 200°C for approximately 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
