Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g protein
- 200 g sugar, fine
- 200 g nuts, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually beat in the sugar, fold in the nuts, spread the mixture 1 cm thick onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at medium heat (approx. 160°C) for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, peel off the paper and cut into slices.
