Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can anchovies, approx. 50 g
- 150 g butter (raw milk butter), salted, soft
- 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
- some parsley, flat, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 pinch(s) of Allspice d’Espelette
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender or blend with an immersion blender until well blended. Then place the butter in a bowl and let it set in the refrigerator. Alternatively, place it in a greaseproof paper, roll it up, tie the ends, and let it set in the refrigerator or even the freezer.
