Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 1 small jar salmon substitute (salmon schnitzel), pickled in oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the salmon schnitzels into small pieces. Place the quark and salmon schnitzels in a bowl with the oil and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped dill, if desired. The spread is ready.
