Grilled salmon with lime and dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch dill, fresh, chopped
  • 4 tbsp oil (neutral)
  • Sea salt
  • White pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 salmon steaks, with skin (approx. 180 g each)
  • 3 limes, quartered

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a marinade from dill, oil, salt, and pepper. Brush the salmon steaks on both sides. Grill the fish for about 5 minutes on each side and serve with the lime wedges. Serve with cucumber salad and baguette or toasted bread.
