Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets, e.g. pollock fillet
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Cut the lemon into 8 slices and finely dice the garlic. Brush four appropriately sized pieces of aluminum foil with olive oil and place a fish fillet on each piece. Top with garlic to taste, 2 lemon slices, and intersperse the rosemary sprigs. Seal the packages tightly and place them on the hot grill. Grill for approximately 15 minutes. Note from the chef’s recipe editor: If you don’t want to use aluminum foil, use parchment paper or baking paper for the packages. If you use lemon juice and salt, this is recommended for health reasons.
