Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (pike-perch fillets with skin)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

unusual marinade that goes very well with fish

Finely chop the chili pepper and mix with honey, olive oil, and lemon juice. Clean the zander fillet, season with salt, and coat with the marinade. Place it in a shallow baking dish (skin side up). Let the marinade soak in for about 30 minutes. Set the oven grill to high and cook the fish on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
