Garlic sauce with mayo

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves garlic or
  • garlic powder
  • some milk
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

Mash the garlic cloves and add them to the mayo. Add milk until a thick sauce forms, and season with a little sugar. It’s best to blend the sauce with a blender. It needs to sit for at least half a day if using fresh garlic. You can also eat it immediately with garlic powder. Tastes great with flatbread, etc.
