Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 dl milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finnish pancakes

Make a batter from all the ingredients, let it rest for a while, and then fry it in butter. Top with jam, Nutella, or a cinnamon-sugar mixture. It’s best to use a typical Finnish pancake pan, of course, so you can bake several small pancakes instead of one large one.
