Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of white rum
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 1 bottle of pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle of banana juice
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 200 ml woodruff syrup

Rinse and slice the strawberries. Cut the apples into bite-sized cubes. These can then be soaked in rum for a few hours. If you don’t want to use as much rum, add more juice until the fruit is covered. Just before serving, add the juice and sliced ​​bananas and top up with sparkling wine. The syrup can be poured directly into the bowl or directly into the glass.
