Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 jar morello cherries
  • 0.33 bottle of Amaretto
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, dry, ice-cold
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine, ice-cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Marinate the morello cherries in Amaretto the day before. Top with ice-cold sparkling wine and wine before serving.
