Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- Ginger as desired
- Mint, fresh
- 130 g strawberries
- 1 banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the banana in a tall container. Wash and halve the strawberries. Finely grate the ginger. Add both to the banana along with the coconut water, chia seeds, acai powder, and a few fresh mint leaves and blend everything. And the power drink is ready.
