Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml cream (whipping cream)
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- 220 g beans, white, from the can
- 10 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the whipped cream and tuna juice, and let it reduce slightly. Add the tuna pieces, beans, and sliced tomatoes to the sauce, heat briefly, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the pasta.
