Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp oil
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 ½ tbsp raisins
- Salt
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- ½ small banana(s)
- Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the pork fillet. Dice the onion and apple. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the fillet and apple cubes and fry briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream; do not boil. Add the raisins and season with salt, paprika, and curry powder. Ladle the soup into warmed bowls and serve garnished with banana slices and parsley.
