Cappuccino made from peas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the diced onion and garlic in the butter until translucent. Add the peas, top up with the broth, and cook for a few minutes. Then puree and season with salt and pepper. Heat the milk and froth it (using a hand blender, whisk, or milk frother). Pour the pea soup into a coffee mug, add the frothed milk, and serve.
