Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp Maggi
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 200 g cooked ham
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- pepper
- 100 g remoulade

Cook the spaghetti, then transfer it to a salad bowl and add the olive oil (otherwise the spaghetti will stick together). Then add 2 tablespoons of Maggi seasoning. Cut the leek and ham into square pieces. Add. Season with Worcestershire sauce (not too little!), salt, and pepper. Finally, mix in 100g of tartar sauce. Chill and let it marinate. Season again before serving.
