Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. spiral pasta
- 3 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 250 g feta cheese
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- Soy sauce
- Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. In the meantime, cut the bell peppers and feta into fairly small pieces. Place the pasta, bell peppers, and feta on a baking sheet. Season with Chinese spice and soy sauce and mix everything together lightly. Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (we recommend using pre-grated Parmesan here, for once). Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the top layer of pasta is nice and crispy. You can also turn on the grill for the last 5 minutes. This will help the pasta crisp up faster. Tip: If you like, you can also expand the recipe with various ingredients, e.g., some pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, or bacon bits.
