Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti, broken into three pieces)
  • 4 eggs, boiled and quartered
  • 6 tomatoes, quartered
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 onions
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks, thin

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Delicious and light without mayo

Cook the spaghetti, rinse, and place it in a bowl. Mix the spices together to make a marinade. Dice the onions and thinly slice the leeks and add them to the marinade. Pour the marinade over the pasta, but do not stir. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Before serving, stir in the eggs, tomatoes, and chopped ham.
