Salmon spaghetti with creamy horseradish sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • n. B. Creamed horseradish (tube)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon (approx. 200 g)
  • 300g spaghetti
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the yogurt, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, and horseradish together while stirring. Season gently. Cut the salmon into strips and add to the warm sauce. Cook the spaghetti, drain, and immediately toss with the sauce. Done! Serve immediately! Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the spaghetti, if desired (it’s best to grate it a bit coarsely). Serve on attractive pasta plates with a glass of dry white wine—a dream! Perfect if you’re looking for a fancy meal for guests but don’t have much time to cook.
