'Püppi's' spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti (preferably mixed)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese or feta
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp, heaped herbs, Italian (dried)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The night before, finely dice the garlic and mix it with the herbs in the olive oil. Add the diced feta cheese, mix well, and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, rinse, and once cooled, toss it with the marinated feta cheese, all the oil, and a pinch of pepper. Trim the bell pepper, cut it into small cubes, and mix it into the salad. After 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, the salad will be well-seasoned.
