  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Favorite recipe

Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks until creamy. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, and stir into the cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Bake waffles in batches.
