Vegetarian burgers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 375 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • some butter
  • some germ oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tasty meat substitute!

Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter. Add the oats and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let the oat mixture simmer for about 15 minutes over very low heat. Then add the egg and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the finely chopped parsley. Form the dough into burgers and fry them in the hot seed oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with herb curd and a carrot and raw vegetable salad.
